Sessions to Revitalise and Reconnect

Our wellbeing sessions in nature are carefully curated and thoughtfully selected to provide you with the opportunity to disconnect from the daily grind and fully embrace the healing power of nature. Under the guidance of our Forest Bathing Expert and her certified collaborators, you will embark on a journey of mindful exploration, which may include meditative practices, yoga and tai chi sessions, dips in crystal-clear pools, creative expression through forest art, rejuvenating forest walks, or moments of sharing poetry and stories around a roaring campfire. At the end of our sessions, you will feel a sense of renewal and relaxation, having reconnected with your inner self and feeling ready to tackle life's challenges with a newfound serenity and strengthened sense of anti-fragility.

What happens during Forest Bathing?

During a Forest Bathing session, you'll be invited to slow down, connecting with yourself and your surroundings through heart, mind, and body. The practice encourages deep breathing, mindful walking, and observation of nature, its sounds, and the scents of the forest, but not only that.
